HobbyConnect / HobbyConnect app
HobbyConnect provides you with access to the most important electronic devices and features of your mobile home from inside the vehicle and nearby. The system is operated using the control panel in the vehicle and via Bluetooth in conjunction with the latest HobbyConnect app. You can easily control the on-board technology using your smartphone or tablet computer. Save your lighting settings, check the battery status and tank levels, or turn on the air conditioning or heating, for example – it couldn’t be easier using the self-explanatory symbols on your mobile device. Now you can also easily monitor your gas supply – thanks to the optional gas level function from E-Trailer.

Touch control panel
All functions of the on-board management system can be displayed and controlled not only via the HOBBYCONNECT app, but also using the standard control panel in the entrance area. Clear icons make it intuitive and responsive to use. In the MAXIA T and PRESTIGE T model ranges, a modern 7" touch control panel with levelling display aid comes as standard; in all other Hobby vehicles it is available as an option. For vehicles up to model year 2021, the new 7" touch control panel can be retrofitted.
2-in-1 combination charger from Dometic
Another highlight is the new 2-in-1 combination charger from DOMETIC, which combines a charger and charge booster in a single device. It not only saves space and weight but also impresses with its performance: delivering 30 amps in booster mode and 25 amps when connected to an external power supply, it charges the habitation battery efficiently. Once fully charged, the starter battery can also be topped up automatically. If the starter battery’s voltage drops too low, you can easily activate the integrated jump-start function via the app or directly on the device. The entire battery management system is fully integrated into the HobbyConnect app and certified to ECE-R10 – a quality mark that goes well beyond the industry standard.
Multimedia
The new PIONEER media centre is now included as standard on all models. The modular media centre with a 9-inch touchscreen is a true all-rounder: with intuitive smartphone connectivity including wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, it becomes a seamless extension of your smartphone. With DAB/DAB+ digital radio, CarAVAssist app, Spotify, Waze, Bluetooth and 13-band GEQ, the media centre is jam-packed with a whole host of practical smart features. The reversing camera offers three different manually adjustable viewing angles. The PIONEER navigation function is also available as an optional extra.
In addition, all Hobby motorhomes include pre-wiring for a satellite system as standard. This means the optional SAT/TV combination – including satellite system, tuner, receiver, 22" smart TV, pull-out TV bracket and mount – can be installed quickly and easily. The same applies to the CAMPERNET system, which includes an LTE/Wi-Fi router with dual SIM and powerful multi-band roof aerial, a 22" smart TV with tuner/receiver, and a pull-out TV bracket and mount.
TRUMA Combi heaters with 10-litre hot water supply
The heating system keeps the entire vehicle cosy and warm. Once set up, the temperature you select remains constant. The heat is evenly distributed throughout the vehicle via hot air vents.
Gas bottle pull-out shelf, accommodates 2 x 11 kg bottles
The spacious gas locker provides plenty of room for two gas bottles. The pull-out shelf makes it easy to change the bottle when empty.
Easy-to-access fresh water tank
The fresh water tank holds 100 litres, is frost-protected and securely installed under the bench seat. This means the drain tap is easy to access, and the screw cap allows easy cleaning of the tank.
Insulated, heated waste water tank
In all Hobby motorhomes, the 96-litre waste water tank is installed under the floor and housed in a robust, heated insulated box. It features a double-shell design and is heated with warm air. The slide valve for the used water is located in the heated part of the waste water tank.
