Collection, processing and use of your personal data

In principle, you can use our website without disclosing your identity. If you order goods, send us enquiries, open a user account or subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for your name, contact details and other information that we need from you.

We use the information provided by you to fulfil contracts, to send out brochures, to respond to enquiries, to process orders and to comply with legal requirements.
No further personal data shall be recorded unless you give us your consent, e.g. when ordering from the catalogue.

A) Catalogue mailings only: the data necessary for the order procedure will be stored, processed, analysed and forwarded to the catalogue service provider. After successful delivery, your data will be deleted unless you have consented to further use.

B) Dealers and further information: in addition to A), you agree to being contacted in person by one of our authorised dealers in your vicinity. For this purpose, your data will be stored and forwarded to authorised dealers near you. You also consent to receiving further information by post or newsletters regarding new products, events, competitions, trade fairs and other topics. Use of social media buttons

In order to prevent your data from being transferred to service providers such as Facebook, Google, Pinterest or YouTube without your knowledge, we implement social media “Share” buttons with a double-click solution. This ensures that when the page is first accessed, no personal data is transferred to the individual social plugin providers, but only, and exclusively, once you click on one of the social media plugins. Only then will any data be transferred to the relevant service providers and stored there.

YouTube embedding

We have embedded YouTube videos in our website; these are stored at and can be played directly from our website. These are all embedded in “enhanced data protection mode”, which means that no data about you as a user is transferred to YouTube if you do not play the videos. Data is only transferred if you play the videos. We do not have any influence over the transfer of this data.
