Every Hobby vehicle puts your peace of mind first. Advanced driver assistance systems, integrated gas warning devices, automatic shut-off functions and smart extras like child safety features all come as standard – so you can enjoy every journey with confidence.

Driving comfort meets driver assistance
All Hobby motorhomes are equipped as standard with the comprehensive Safety package. The multifunction steering wheel gives you direct control of advanced assistance systems such as automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, a lane departure warning system, traffic sign recognition, driver fatigue alert, the intelligent speed assistant, as well as rain and light sensors. Our vehicles also meet the requirements of the GSR-2-B regulation – for maximum safety in compliance with current standards. The package also includes adaptive cruise control and fog lights with cornering lights – making every trip as safe and comfortable as possible.

Safe batteries
The battery management system in all Hobby vehicles is certified to ECE-R10 – a quality standard that goes well beyond the norm. This certification guarantees electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and ensures full operational safety on the road. For extra convenience, the entire system is seamlessly integrated into the HobbyConnect app – ensuring total control, top-class safety and peace of mind on every journey.

Gas warning system and crash sensor
All new Hobby vehicles can be optionally fitted with a gas warning system for anaesthetic gases, propane and butane, along with a crash sensor. In the event of an accident, the sensor automatically cuts off the gas supply – for enhanced safety on the road.

Automatic shut-off for maximum safety
All gas hobs in Hobby kitchens come with an integrated automatic shut-off function as standard: when the glass cover with soft-close mechanism is closed, the system cuts off the gas supply – reliably shutting down the burners. Safe. Convenient. Thoughtful.

Child safety
All family models come with a guard for the upper bunk beds or overcabs – for safe and restful nights, both for little ones and grown-ups.
